In 2018 the commercial real estate sector recorded a total of 50 thousand transactions with a turnover of 15.7 billion Euros, which corresponds to about 15% of the entire national real estate market. A recent analysis of this market segment showed that, on a national level, the analysis of demand shows that 66.5% of requests are for rented properties, 33.5% for properties under purchase. Another key figure is that 23.1% of those seeking to buy are investors, followed by 19.3% of craft businesses. On the rental market, the search by artisans prevails, followed in second place by entrepreneurs in the fitness sector. 62.8% of the purchase requests concern properties up to 500 sqm, 20.4% concern sheds between 500 and 1000 sqm; the distribution of requests for rent is similar. Also, on the offer side it should be noted that the sizes up to 500 sqm represent 42.5% of the offer for rent and 41% of the offer for sale.
