Marche countryside is less known than the Tuscan one, but just as beautiful and fascinating, dotted with numerous small towns and villages with typical red stone dominating the area. Urbino is certainly the best known town, home of Rafaello Sanzio, a famous university town. There are many cities in the area famous for their universities, identifying the region as a pole of culture renowned nationally and internationally. Equally famous is the coast, less “alive” than that of Romagna but equally pleasant and fascinating. Land of engines and skilled swordsmen who hold the Italian flag high in world sport.


Just outside the village overlooking Urbino on the other side of the hill, through a delightful avenue flanked by tall cypresses, you arrive at an esplanade, where villa is located right in the middle, on one side there is a garden with leafy trees that give shade and cool and on the other side a convenient area to park cars.

The villa is on two levels and has three independent entrances, so much so that it could be comfortably divided into two independent units. On the ground floor, on one side, a large living area with  brightened by a fireplace and open onto it large kitchen, typical of country houses, guest bathroom on this level is very large. On the first level there is a living room, master bedroom with its bathroom and through a hallway you get to the other bedrooms, 2 with a shared bathroom.
