The farm is located in the town of Montepulciano and has a  total extension of ha38.13.45, divided as follows:

– Vineyard approximately 8.60.44ha

– Olive grove approximately 1:50:00ha

– arboreal implantation(nuts-poplar) approximately 6:00:00ha

– Orchard-kitchen garden- approximately 0:06:00ha

– Wood approximately 13.62.00ha

– Arable land approximately 5:00:00

– Arable land (with the possibility of irrigation) approximately 2:00:00ha

– Tare, roads and fallow approximately 1:35:01ha

The specialized vineyards plants have different plantation periods, but they are all in full production and without failed areas. Approximately  ha0:50:00 vineyard has just been uprooted and will be the subject of next replanting.

Existing olive trees are now in full production and all adult ..

In addition to agricultural land the Company includes, as mentioned earlier, a

company quarter composed of several rural buildings that will be described below.



The building in question is a typical ancient Tuscan farmhouse , composed of a floor above ground and a basement. The basement, intended to be an aging cellar, consists of 5 main rooms, a utility room and a furnace with anti-oven. The ground floor, used as a dwelling comprises, living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, storage room and hallway. It 'a building made of  masonry stones and old bricks for the exterior, with tiled roof. The premises of the basement have a surface of approx. 175. The ground floor has an area of about mq.159.



The building in question is also an old  typical Tuscan farmhouse. Recently they built a wine-making cellar and a awning connected to the farmhouse.

The building consists of two floors: the ground floor is a wine cellar (local bottling, labeling, storage, utility room and toilet), while the first floor is used to live in and consists of living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and hallway.  The premises of the ground floor have a surface of  139sqm. The first floor, destined to be used as worker’s house has an area of about 130 sqm.

The apartment was the subject of very recent renovation works and therefore is in a good state of maintenance and conservation. The wine making cellar and  the warehouse have a surfaceof approx. 177sqm, while the canopy is approx. 74sqm.



Chapel and outbuildings.

The building consists of a former private chapel with adjacent outbuildings. The chapel, not for the public worship, is a characteristic feature of rural noble properties of a given historical period. It was built with masonry and then plastered both internally and externally. The outbuildings next  to the chapel, that are of  masonry stones and bricks for the exterior, comprise  three storage rooms, a warehouse and an oil dispenser, all for a total area of 40sqm. The property is in good static conditions and in a reasonable state of maintenance and conservation.


The building in question is composed of two floors and a basement.

At the basement there is a room for wine aging and a warehouse. On the ground floor there are 4 tools remittances, a workers room, an office, a dressing room, toilet and hallway with a porch in front of it. The basement and the ground floor are connected by both an indoor staircase and from an elevation system. The first floor is still under construction. The project provides for that portion the residential use.

Aging cellar and wine refinement:

Such premises have an area of approx. 385sqm.

The ground floor rooms:

The rooms on the ground floor have a surface 253sqm, plus 38sqm of porch, while those on the first floor have an area of approx. 150sqm and will be used for residential purposes.


The building in question is on one level

It  has a masonry bearing structure,  the roof of reinforced concrete and covered with roof tiles.

The building, used as warehouse and stable, has a surface area of 160sqm.

The covered area is approximately 118sqm.



As for the wine, the grapes are transformed and processed directly on the farm, as well as the bottling and  the labeling.

The amount of grapes processed is approximately 650 per year for a total production of wine of about 430 hl / year.

The cultivated varieties are: Black Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Grechetto, Mammolo, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and long white Malvasia.

The farm is registered on the rolls for the production of the following wines:

– Vino Nobile di Montepulciano – approximately 4:00:00ha

– Vin santo – approximately 0:50:00ha

– Rosso di Montepulciano – approximately 3.65.00ha

– IGT White – approximately 0:50:00ha

The company is targeting the domestic market, the Community market (United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Austria and Germany), and also the non-EU markets (Switzerland, Russia, Serbia, United States, Brazil).

Regarding the oil, it has a production of approximately 600 kg of oil per year, and the pressing of the olives takes place via an external olive oil mill.

The company takes in high consideration the quality of both oil and wine.


The sale is carried out at gates closed.
